Denpa Ltd. (電波有限公司) collects the following personal data when you sign up and use the service: account data, meaning your email address and, when it emails you, the hashes of that verification code and sign-in link; connection records, meaning the IP address, browser user-agent string and access time it records when you finish signing up or signing in, by submitting the verification code or by opening the link in that email and pressing sign in on the confirmation page; service configuration data, meaning the origin server address you enter when you add or change a server; transaction data, meaning the amount, currency, time and payment status of each traffic purchase, together with the transaction record the payment processor returns; and invoice data, meaning the buyer name you set and the carrier number or donation code your chosen way of receiving the invoice needs, or, if you choose a company invoice, the Unified Business Number and company name you enter. Account data and connection records are used for authentication and account security — sign-up, sign-in, sending verification codes and abuse prevention; service configuration data to provide and operate the network protection service; transaction data for billing and account management; and invoice data to issue the e-invoices required by law. The verification code and the link are stored as one-way hashes, cannot be recovered as plain text, and expire after fifteen minutes. When you add or change a server, the form sends the request to Google reCAPTCHA for bot verification; a traffic purchase is completed with NewebPay (Taiwan); and when an invoice is issued, your account's email address is provided to the e-invoice value-added service platform, which uses it to send you notice that the invoice has been issued. The invoice setting is kept on your account and copied onto each traffic purchase as it is made. Providing this data is your choice: without your email address we cannot sign you up, without a server address we cannot protect your server, and without transaction or invoice data traffic cannot be bought. For the period, regions, recipients and means of use, and for the rights you may exercise under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, see the Privacy Policy.
